Passi ID needed

Mesilla Park, NM

This is from seeds planted in January. Does anyone recognize it. I got seeds from three or four different sources and two sources on the web (some just said Passion vines of the world) so it could be any of them. It does look prettier in person and it has an aroma that it sweetness and lilac of sorts.

It looks to me like incarnata or edulis. Just a guess. The bloom looks like incarnata. Good luck with possitive ID. I wish I could help more.

It could be passiflora incense

Which is a hybrid of the incarnata. The incarnata has different shaped leaves and is not frilly like yours.

Here is a file shot of incarnata.

Hi Antoinette, because you grew it from seeds, it is a hybrid of some sort. It does have the shiny three-lobed leaves of the P. Edulis, and the coloring is similar to P. Incarnata so it could be the result of those two parents. P. Edulis is scentless, I think, so one of the parents must have had a sweet fragrance to pass on since yours has a nice fragrance.
