Almost ready to go........

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

This is "Inca Sun" a very floriferous hybrid. This pics was two summers ago.On a plant 6 feet tall and 5 feet wide it had over 300 flowers open at once......couldn't hardly see the foliage. So this is the year it gets introduced. After 5 years of testing......it's about time..HUH? LOL See pics...

Way to go Kyle another great one,is there a cutting list?

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

I'll post a notice soon of when the cuttings are potted. Will go from there. :-)

Westbrook, ME(Zone 5a)

It's awesome, Kyle! I don't think you could fit another bloom on those branches! Isn't this the one that you thought was an ugly duckling when it first bloomed?

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

Poppy that was a different cross. This one was a sibling to the original hybrid I called "Butterscotch" Butterscotch has blotchy foliage and seldom blooms..is a very beautiful flower when it blooms...but not worthy of introduction. Inca Sun on the other hand has many great attributes..so it gets introduced.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

It's pretty Kyle. I like the yellow ones.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Wow, that bloom looks so big.

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

some are large but most are mid sized as a rule. What it misses in flower size it makes up for in sheer numbers of flowers. Sets seed well too.

Denver, CO(Zone 5b)

Wow!!!! Thats a flush!! Amazing! Congratulations Kyle! I will keep my eye open for the notification when you release it. Kudos to you for hanging onto it for so long before releasing it! I dont know if I could have done it. How does she smell?

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

I remember seeing a picture last year that you posted with just as many blooms and I was amazed then as I am now. It is an excellent performer.

Moose Jaw, SK(Zone 3b)

Medford, NJ(Zone 6b)

Great plant Kyle! Love the color. How long does it take to bloom again after a flush like that?

Gorgeous brugmansia.

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

Kristi..once it starts blooming it seems to have flowers all the season. Does several large flushes like this per season.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I bet the fragrance is heavy Kyle with all those blooms. It must be fragrant for miles! Incredible.

(Nadine) Devers, TX(Zone 9b)

Beautiful Blooms...and the color is outstanding to me...

Panhandle, FL(Zone 8a)

I like this one! Nice plant!

Medford, NJ(Zone 6b)

It just doesn't get any better then that Kyle! What great qualities this one has.

Lake Toxaway, NC(Zone 7a)

I'm hoping since you are in Iowa, that this one will bloom for me here in the mtns. of NC. However, if Iowa gets really hot in the summers, then it doesn't relate to our cool climate. We rarely get over 80 at my altitude and nights can be in 50s. What do you think?..

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

I think I like your temps better than ours!! :-) It would grow under those conditions.

Adrian, MI(Zone 5b)

I love everything about this Brug. Great name for a beautiful bloom! It sounds like a great plant!
Bonnie

Columbia, SC(Zone 8a)

Can't beat a repeat bloomer. I would love that one, when will it be available?
