I was told that this was a hoya plant but I am not sure which one, need help to ID it.
The leaves are not that thick and the color green is not as dark as most variegated hoyas I've seen, it also has a slight reddish tint around the leaves edges.

Pana I think you maybe right, I found this link and it looks more like mine, if the red edges are not just a problem with the photo.
