my favorite place even has drainage! ;)
I'm not going to get wet here....
She/he looks so content. They can find a spot no matter what. We finally have had a really good soaking. I think about 3 inches over the last week and now we are to have 5 days of sun and some warmth. The hay and crops should just grow like madmen over the next week. Now if we can just avoid those wicked winds so the soil moisture doesn't evaporate too quickly. None of it is lying around so we haven't replenished sub soil moisture yet. May need to use a miniature swather and baler on the lawn though LOL. Was pretty cool here last night - one degree at the veggie garden.
LOL Lynn ... people here have the lawn mowers going full steam every time there is a break. I glad you finally got a good rain and it is so nice to see warmth is in the forecast. :D Here we've had four more downpours since the time I posted the flag and a few more are supposed to come but the end is in sight!! I wish I had grown a few more ferns....the luciousness out there reminds me of B.C.
My Irises have loved it...

ok I definitely have to have one of those; do they divide at some point in their lives - hint, hint.
I'll remember!! :)
Pam what are you doing in the house, is it raining there again? Just finished another nice downpore here.
I had yesterday and today off...have been pulling weeds when the rain isn't coming down too hard. Just took my Dad up to Canadian Tire and am now having lunch.
Oh I was hoping you would say the rain is all gone and skies are blue. I suppose it will just keep on coming this way.
It will for a few more days! ;( We also went to Keon's...the staff there were comparing it to B.C.'s weather and all are so tired of it. I don't think too many plants are being bought when no one can play in the dirt!
p.s. Frost warnings keep showing up!! They have posted them and removed them a couple of times....I'll be taking the more tender Tropicals in AGAIN tonight. :(
The sun broke through echoes!! ;D I checked the long range forecast and it will be partly cloudy for another 15 days but we should be seeing a lot more sun...and the temps will be in the 20's! :^))))))
How is your Dad's house coming Pam?
Plans have been drawn up and a contractor has been hired. Dad has had an addition put into the plan....it will have many, many windows!!!! :D
That's good. Progress and lots of day light. Are you thinking of moving plants here?
I have a feeling Dad will fill it up on his own! ;)
