Beautiful! I love the ruffles. I planted dbl yellow seeds but haven't seen sprouts yet. It will be too late if they take much longer.
I have some purple Dats about 10" high in the ground, anxiously awaiting a blossom of any kind!

I have not tried dats yet. I am still trying to get the brug growing down. Next year I will have to try these for sure. Do you start them early then plant outside or directly in ground in spring?

Very Beautiful~

xvMercy,

I started mine in February and transplanted them to their homes at the end of March. I really don't know much about them. I ordered the seeds from Parks and all are doing good.

Maybe someone can answer your question in more detail.

Bill,
Great picture!

Oh my goodness! How pretty!

I bought seeds for a triple-yellow datura, but have not planted them yet. The instructions said that they take a long time to germinate. I am pitiful when it comes to starting anything from seeds -- never had ANY luck. But I just might try for a pretty flower like this!

woohooo Bill! She is a pretty one!

Never got any of my Datura seeds to germinate. Not sure what the problem was with that. But since they are mostly for people down in the South, and I did get my Brug seeds to germinate, I think I have plenty plenty to deal with this winter, so perhaps a good thing.

I do see pics of them and "wish" though! Maybe in a year or so I'll be ready for them.
