Species
Look at that beauty... A early bloomer too? I might need this one. SEE- someone needs to STOP me. I'm trying to go with the "less is more" thing.
That is how it did for me Bob. Don't be shocked if you get a single now and then. It happens with this one. Lookin' good!
Looks like there's plenty more to open too. Did you pollinate it?
Not yet,I am gonna get out there soon,I just had to give some folks a walkaround,I guess I am going to have to slit the side of the bloom,it does not look like the skirt will open.
It sure is pretty .........now get out there and pollinate!!
Looks great Root
Will keep my fingers crossed up here for you!
I sure hope it takes too rooty! Umm quick question.. how did you take the pic? Both hands are on the bloom!
DW,LOL! I hope it takes,I would love to have seeds to share someday,I am growing everyones seeds,I have never had my own,or been able to share my seeds,so I'm excited.
Hope it was a good kiss!! LOL!
After watching you,and then seeing Tracey and Susie,I feel lucky!!
That Susie is part Bee!
I remember putting pollen on EP.. such a hopeful exciting feeling. All kinds of thoughts went through my head, what will the pods look like, what am I hoping for with this cross... Its always such an honor to grow out hybridizers seeds, I just KNOW you will get seeds!
I hope so,I like the sound of this cross,I have more blooms coming,so I can try again.
Once just a root doctor now graduated to the petal and flower doctor!!!
Looking good up there !
Root, good looking Species. I am going to go out and take another photo of mine because I'm still not sure if it is Species. Doesn't seem like the tendrils are a long as yours. But I've got to go work in the yard still have plants from seeds that aren't in their permanent places. Donna
