Hibiscus going to Bloom?

Crossville, TN(Zone 7a)

Okay, lol- sorry guys!

I've never grown them before. :-)
My grandmother started mine from seed this year- it is about 2 ft high. The leaves are just gorgeous and it's growing like a weed!
It has these long odd looking "leaves" coming out in the center of each end leaf. Is that where it's gonna bloom?
This is so exciting! Thanks!

This is something you can get at Lowes. It is a really nice plant $5.97 Thunbergia alata. It grows to 4 or 5ft. Cute flowers all the time. AKA. Black-Eyed Susan Vine.
