I love this plant

I live in Denver, Colorado and I have a white one, planted on the south side of my house and it comes back every year and gets huge, with many blooms. It also makes thousands of seeds.

This is one of my favorites too. I love to pick a blossom and take it with me when I go visit friends for dinner. We put it in a vase on the dinner table and watch it open. It's always a big summer hit!

Just don't let it fall into the salad and be eaten! All parts of the plant are POISONOUS !

Are you sure this is Tatula and not Inoxia?
Either way it sure looks happy.

Well....if I don't like what they are serving....

This plant had stopped blooming or so I though and then POW it bloomed out with 11 blooms in one night it was a beautiful thing.

Ventura, United States(Zone 10b)

It is a beautiful plant, but it is definitely not Datura stramonium var tatula. It appears to be Datura wrightii or Datura inoxia, which have larger white flowers. I would guess D. wrightii, but it is hard to tell without a close-up of the flower. D. tatula is a much smaller flower with a lavender center.
