(sorry, so many tonight)
I received an SASE without postage today, for seeds. It's a United States Parcel Service white padded envelope that says "Ready Post" on the front. (have never seen these). Does this mean the postage is already paid and I can send the seeds without placing stamps or postage on it?
POSTAGE QUESTION
No Karrie, It's just an envelope purchased from the display at the Post Office (we have them at ours, anyway). You still have to add postage.
