Hello Dave, lovely picture of a Mexican hat. I have the yellow and many variations of red and burgundy. I find them to be very reliable, they
come up every year with no help and they make a very cheery addition
to the spring garden.

Yes, this is a nice plant. We have millions of them growing down here in the Hill Country and I like them a lot. In the heat of the summer it's one of the few things we've got blooming.

aNeat pictures. I have only a few that are volunteers from some Wildflower seed I planted a few years ago. There is a smallish yellow-gold and a larger one similiar to Dave's larger one. Nice to have something come up that isn't a problem and looks good. Donna
