Two days later
If anyone knows the actual name of this one I would post it in the Plant Data Base.

Aaaaaaaargh! Those are beautiful - painfully so! :D
Thank you, Kim,
I had nothing to do with it. God took care of it all! But I am also impressed!
Aaaaaargh !!! and they are not in my yard.....Aaaaargh!
They are just beautiful....I am just starting a bed of lilies though they would go well with the brugs and Morning glories... :)
Dee
P.S. got a package from you today Arlene....imagin that!!!!!
Let me grab my sunglasses--so BRIGHT! Love 'em!
lovely TLC,
so bright and eyecatching. I'm jealous, just a couple of asiatics blooming right now though they are quite lovely also.
beautiful yard and flowers, Arlene!
Somebody's addicted...
Nya-nya-nya-nya-nya!
It looks *great*, Arelene. I didn't realize you were right on the water like that. What a view, both sides of your house!
Before I started gardening, we would go out on the lakes side and sit, even in the winter.
Now that we re-did the back side and I am gardening ~ we hardly get out on the lakeside. We are really enjoying the privacy we have on the back side of the house.
I don't know if I am addicted to lilies; it is just that I rarely have anything impressive to post. LOL Maybe this year will improve.
Arlene; you better put them 'undercover' or I just may take them home with me. lol
Those are absolutely gorgeous!
Can't wait to see them in person along with the rest of your landscaping beds.
Hey Arlene, maybe you can add some Venus Flytrappers to wipe out the mosquitos on the patio! LOL Looking good, kid! Your daughter will be impressed by the improvement when she comes to visit.
Iris and lilies are almost the perfect garden plants; they come in a huge variety of colors, blooming in all parts of the season, plus they're virtually no maintenance except popping the mush mummies off them when they're spent. What more could we ask for as gardeners? They give us the gift of time to baby and cajole the high-maintenance children in our gardens.
GW
Well said; maybe that is why I like them so much.
And Sue, do to your advice, every morning when my coffee gets cold, I share it with them.
Iris, lillies, peonies & daylilies --how could I live without them?
They make a great basis for my ever blooming gardens.
