Great show, Scoot! That would be my weather today...believe it or not, that's my little GH behind all the rain and high water.
OMG ! That is some kinda rain. Are you getting this weird weather like we are . Days of downpours , then a couple of hot windy ones so the ground gets a hard-cracked top crust ?
This is not making my plants happy at all.
I know there is deep down moisture but the plants are still wilting because they have all thier new feeder roots so close to the surface.
Oh Well !!! Anything is better than snow ..... LOL

Exactly the same thing, Scoot! Hot, dry and windy or this! I don't know how these plants survive. We've had cracks in the barnyard turf that you could lose a tractor in! Luckily I haven't had to water other than what they get with the nightime soaker hoses because it is moist, deep down. And, only one brug shows signs of heat stress on the 100+ days, and its Sunray. Won't keep that one unless it comes back on its own.

Well, if it wasn't planted in the ground, I'd send it to you tomorrow. If you'd like cuttings this fall, I'll be most happy to oblige. Just remind me!!! :)
