i finally got the jprinter to reinstall. you will never guess what i was doing wrong. it was so stupid that i have to laugh at myself,lol,lol,lol. i was trying to download it on add/delete software instead of add nwq hardware. dumb or what. i guess everything is getting to me more than i thought. i really appreciate everyones help. love ya all.
