I have a ponytail palm that is blooming as well. It only has one bloom on it and it is about 4 feet high. I would like to know what the bloom does and if it will continue to bloom or eventually die back?

Is this different from the plant called "the elephants foot"? Where can I get one of these?

By the way, that is not a stricta, but a recurvata (wrong species)

There are a couple of plants that are called elephant's foot. There's cyphostemma elephantopus and dioscorea elephantipes (which I have)
