Beginner Brug Grower!!!!

East Prairie, MO(Zone 7a)

Decided to start my own topic about my brug. As everyone knows probably by now my brug was given to me as a birthday gift, and was labeled Brugmansia Arborea. But....since doing some research and reading different threads I am inclined to believe that this is not an Arborea. So I am sending pictures of my brug and hope we can put some name to it when it blooms. Want to thank everyone for answering all my questions and hope you know that I will be asking a lot more in the future.
Here is a picture of the Y's (?) on the brug. More pictures coming

Is that a little seedling coming up beside the plant or is that another Y? ( Edited to say see above picture for better view of Y or seedling)
Have another picture.

Sami... its just more growth coming from the base of the plant it should get taller than the orginal cutting and more tree like it will form a "Y" about 3 or 4'

Yep, Irish is right. You don't have a Y yet. Rootdoctor put a picture on one of the threads recently that shows a Y very plainly. I don't know if I can find it, but I'll try.

Sami, Rootdoctor started a thread so you and others that need to know can see what a Y is supposed to look like. Hope it helps you.

Thanks Rootdoctor good example of Y's. Will just keep waiting and hoping. I go look everyday when I get home from work to see if anything is happening.

I hope so Rootdoctor, I am going tomorrow and try using the AP Pellets and add to the soil and see if that will help. Have to find a feed store or pet store. I am in a very small town and they just don't have much around here. But I like it in the country like this it is so peaceful and quiet.

Sami, I too live in the country,,,,, and sometimes your local Farmers Co-op may have AP. I used to buy AP years ago for my veggie garden..... and that is where I got it.... Can't recall what we paid for it though.... usually bough lots of feed for chickens and bunnies at the same time....

lindenlady there is a place in town that I went to buy chicken feed when we had our chickens. I will have to check there. They didnt sell much there though but it is worth the try.
