Yesterday when I weighed I was 115!!!! And I'm not even trying to lose any more weight, so perhaps the eating plan is still melting some lard off of me! It's been a bear trying to make the time to exercise, but I'm giving it my best shot. Missed my time this morning, but I guess I will do some Nordic Track and my ab busters after that tonight when I get in from milking. Speaking of which.....it's choretime now, so I'd best shag my buns. Hope you all are progressing on your own personal weight loss plans.
