This is a photo of Opuntia paraguayensis instead of O. quimilo.
The flowers are reported to be Red only. The Pads are reported to be elliptical & obovate, flattened & shiny green-gray. Measurements of the pads are 20 inches long and 10 inches wide.

Guess quimilo and paraguayensis are synonyms?

Nope, they are listed as separate species. At least since 2001. Don't know if they were previous to that or not. There are photos in 'The Cactus Family' book of each of those two species, and are very different from each other.
This is the very same question I had a few months ago.
