Swedish Stroganoff Meatballs

Spokane, WA(Zone 5b)

I made this up the other night. It's kind of a cross between Swedish Meatballs & Stroganoff. Everyone liked it, so here you go:

1-12oz. pkg Jimmy Deans Hot Sausage
1 lb. lean hamburger
2 eggs
1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
1 tsp. Cavendars seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Mix together well, form into meatballs, brown both sides in electric skillet, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Drain and remove meatballs, clean out skillet with papertowels.

Add to skillet:

1- 22 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1- 10 oz can Cream of Celery Soup
1 small can mushrooms (thoroughly squeezed drained with lid)
1 cup Sour Cream
1 Tbls Cavendars seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Coarse black pepper to taste
1 Tbls butter

Stir and bring to a slow boil. Add meatballs, stirring to thoroughly coat them, cover, simmer 15 minutes.

Serve over cooked egg noodles.
