Got my first real picking of hot peppers today and made hot sauce-Carabian Red habanero,Kung Pau Hybrid,Hot Portugal,African Birds eye,Red Habanero ,Orange Lantern Habanero--Vinegar,Fresh Elephant Garlic w/tops,salt [no water]--its got great flavor and lots of heat--
