best crumb cake ever

Rutland , MA(Zone 5b)

this is the best crumb cake i've ever had

1 ox pillsbury plus yellow cake mix
1 lb. margarine (don't use real butter)
4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon real vanilla

grease and flour jellow roll pan.
prepare cake mix as directed on box. bake at 350 deg. for 20-25 minutes until firm but not brown.

melt margarine. put dry ingredientsw in bowl. pour margarine over and mix with spoon until lumpy. sprinkle topping over cake and put back in oven until topping has started to turn brown - about 15 minutes.

cut into squares while hot. sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cool.

i sometimes put a layer of rasberry jam on top of the cake before i put the topping on.
