with summer coming though you would like this recipe because you can eat this either hot or cold. i prefer it cold so it would be great to bring to a party etc.
take boneless, skinless dchicken breat and cut them into bite size pieces.
dip each piece in scrambled egg and then in plain bread crumbs and fry them until golden brown.
mix together in a bowl
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup sugar
1 thumb size piece of fresh ginger, grated very fine
pour mixture over chicken and mix well.
if you want to serve it cold, put chicken in fridge. for a few hours.
either way you serve it, its great with just plain potato salad.
