Does anyone know what this plant is? It is huge!

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9b)

I've been collecting dryed seed heads. They will be available soon.
I can start taking names now tho.

This plant is Helianthus annuus.
It grew to 13ft before it became top heavy with flowers, and then drooped.
