It is about waist high. It did sustain some damage from the hurricane but should be fine. It has also made a baby, which showed up about 5 feet away from the mother.

So, did it take over that bed and cover up your hosta and other plants? It is really pretty but I'm just wondering if I have a place big enough for it.

Not too big. Next year will tell for sure. My neighbor that gave it to me has huge ones.
