WANTED: Ettoufee recipe!

I love good ettoufee, but I have not yet found a recipe that I can fix at home that tastes as good as what I get at an authentic cajun restaurant. I am hoping that someone out there has just the recipe to cure my wish for a home-made authentic tasting meal of ettoufee. Thanks to all of you cajun experts in advance!
