deep fried hard boiled eggs

for those of you who like deviled eggs, heres one with a twist. just thought this up while i was frying the riceballs. i boiled an egg to hard boiled stage. then i took off shell washed the egg with cold water then rolled it in breadcrumbs and deep fried it. the breadcrumbs don't stick to well but just enough gets on it to do the job. i then sliced it in half took out the yolks and made the usual mixture with mayo and mustard etc. then scopped it back into the egg. it was really good. my dw said i was going deep frying crazy.
