Walking Bo the other day in the New Forest we came across this Bilberry - Vaccinium mytillus growing on the top of an old post

What a lovely little plant. It looks like it may be time for a new fence post, though.

There's no fence attached to the post, it's just sitting there in the middle of Shave Wood! There are several such posts in the area, I've no idea why. LOL typical of the foresters
