A few hibiscus...

Houston, TX(Zone 9b)

Here's a few of my hibiscus which are blooming now...

My favorite, 'Sun Showers'. Untouched photo - looks like its on fire!

A nice orange - 'Carolina Breeze'. smallish bloom for hibiscus, only about 3½" to 4" or so.

An unusual one I like... 'Pond Scum'. It's a brown that has slight orangy undertones with some orange-yellow veining.

Again, smallish blooms - 3½" to 4"

Carter,
That first one is awesome. I think I may have the third one. I didn't know what it was called though. Thanks for the info. Nice pictures. Hope to see more.

Last one... 'Snowfire'

This one is Red-Red-Red with white splotches on each petal.

Larger blooms - probably 5" to 6". Forgot to say, 'Sun Showers' is about the same size as this one...

Like them all! I just bought Hot Ticket, red/white.

Yukon, OK(Zone 7b)

Carter....I love all of them! I saw the Snowfire last year at a nursery here and thought how strange it looked. Is the foliage variegated too? I think it was. I went back to get it and of course....all gone! LOL I'm still looking for it!

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

Carter..where can I order or find Carolina Breeze? I use to have one but lost it. :-)

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

I love Carolina Breeze. I looks so elegant. I have to start looking for that one.

Houston, TX(Zone 9b)

Snowfire isn't variegated - it's a dark glossy green with medium sized leaves (3" long or so).

I picked up my Carolina Breeze at the local Home Depot (or maybe it was Lowe's... they both have them around this time of year). Mine's a tiny little blooming machine - only about 5" tall, but opens a bud or two every single day!

Carter.

Carter, they are beautiful. I like the one called pond-scum also. I just receive several hibiscus in the mail last week. I have become a hibiscus nut. Right now I have these small hibiscus that I am chanting over, hurrying them to bloom. LOL!

Monterey, Swan River is truly beautiful! And Carter, I really love your Carolina Breeze.

I just had my first bloom on Cameo. I didn't get a picture soon enough, so the bloom is a little bedraggled looking. But it is a huge bloom. Nat
