Fertilizer Question

Paint Lick, KY(Zone 6a)

I can't find any pond plant fertilizer locally is there anything I can try otherwise? This is for my lily that was in the pond when we got here and has yet to bloom.
Thanks!

Jobe's Tomatoe Spikes or Tree Spikes. With the tree spikes I take a hammer and break them up into pieces. I have read to take 3-5-- 1/2 inch long pieces and stick down in the dirt of the waterlily away from the roots, so the fertilizer doesn't burn the roots. The tomato spikes you just put them in whole, I put in about 3 tomato spikes to a pot with the waterlilly.
