I got a grill!

Victoria, TX(Zone 9b)

Thermos "Grill 2 Go" By Char-Broil. Wow! It's fabulous! Gas grill, with 2/3 of the surface like the Foreman grills, and the other 1/3 a non-stick griddle surface. Easy to use, and easier to clean than standard metal-grate surfaces. It can be used with the stand it comes with, or carried (just the grill, or grill + stand) to your favorite campsite or picnic area for easy cooking. No charcoal briquets, none of that mess. Just a very easy non-stick grill/griddle surface, sloped to carry the greasy mess away into a little holding tank outside of the grill.

YahOO! Last night, I enjoyed grilled chicken breast sprinkled with McCormick's "lemon & herb seasoning" mix. Microwaved some potatoes, sliced them and sprinkled the same seasoning, and grilled for a little more flavor. Best chicken I've had in quite a while. :)

Who's got their favorite grill recipe to share? No seafood, please. ICKIE! :) I'm not a fan of any "fishie" taste or odor, and don't enjoy the idea of fighting through shrimp tails to get to my dinner. :) I'm looking for recipes with beef, pork, chicken, veggies, potatoes.....

:) I'm gonna be grilling a LOT this summer! It was over 90F here yesterday, and it felt great to clean up supper and not have any concerns of the a/c running 200% to re-cool the kitchen.

Thanks!
