The best efforts were not enough. She took a turn for the worse early this morning and her vet said there was nothing more that could be done. Fugi came home after her operation and was with her family, surrounded by their love and care during the evening. We all had hope when she left to go back to her vet, but had agreed that she should not have to endure any more suffering. She had a spark that ignited love in all that knew her. She was a charmer and a flirt and altogether a credit to her breed. We will miss her happy smile.
