Pink Favorite is one of the best preformers all summer long-from early summer till frost.

I am enjoying all your images and trying to keep track of all the ones I like (so far, all of them!) I only have 2 that I have had for a few years and a new cutting of Charles Grimaldi and want to start to collect more. For all you collectors, which would you recommend for a newbie, in any color? Do some bloom more profusely than others? Some more finicky than others? Or is that just dependant on the care given? I will write down this one, Pink Favorite, just on your postive post on it above!

CG is one of the best for newbies...its like old faithful.....always blooming.......

Barb...how does Pink Favorite compare with Pink Beauty? In blooming, color, size?
I did not see it in on your list you sent me of best pinks!

Picturelady, Pink Beauty is by far a more beautiful flower in color and form but it does not bloom non stop and
the plant is not covered with blooms like Pink Favorite.

So Barb do you think PB blooms less than Rosamond? I finally have what is labeled a PB blooming. I need to really look at it tomorrow and see if it is different from my Rosamond.

Nice pic, Barb. I have to agree with you. While I'm not a huge fan of the suavs, PF is the best bloomer I've got so far (next to Dr. Seuss). It may well be the only suav (or only one of a few) that I end keeping around. The large flowers get such a nice, dark pink, too. It was one of my first - and it came from you!

Pretty picture Barbara. I am like you, I want something that stays full of blooms all spring, summer and fall. Your PF does for you what Isabella does for me. I have not grown PF and was wondering about the fragrance.

My PF is now in Italy and she performs there much better than at my place. PFs mother was a x insignis-Wildform, the pollinator a suaveolens. PF inherited the sensitivity from her mother. She likes warmer temperatures.

Monika, thank you for the information. That is why she preforms so well in Mississippii and our intense heat. She love it and blooms one flush after the other and each a full as the last.
