Do I want this?

I just received thisletter from my ISP... Do I want it or is this something to cause me problems? Will this popup blocker interfer with FireFox's blocker?

Easy to Download and Install
Wfeca.net's LightSpeed client download and installation is
straightforward and simple. To download, login to your
WFECA.net Admintool, at http://************, with
your WFECA.net username and password. On the lefthand side
of the screen, click on Dial-Accelerator. You must first
enable your account to use the accelerator, then you will
be asked to wait for an activation key, this may take 10-15
minutes. Click on the Dial-Accelerator menu option on the
left until your activation key is no longer pending and is
displayed.

To download the program, click on the download button. You
will be asked if you wish to save or open the file, you
wish to save the file. Chose a place to save the file that
you will be able to find and click Ok. The file is only
876K, which should only take between 2 to 4 minutes to
download. Open the file to begin the installation, you will
need the key that is provided by the Admintool to activate
and register the program.

forward requests from any of the leading browsers installed
