Dream Catcher? Do I know this one? I love the shape.... it looks a lot fancier than EP.

I love how they change too. Sometimes it seems like you can watch them change.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

And this is the gator that is down by my seedling bed. I wish it would leave. The other night, I was cleaning out the weeds from a brug bed and felt like something was sneaking up on me, turned to see and the gator was coming toward the shore. I got out of there fast!

Beautiful Pink; but dangerous looking 'gator. Linda

Westbrook, ME(Zone 5a)

OH MY!! I think that would make me real nervous! That looks like BIG ONE!

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Sue, it's a seedling, Pearlmutt X EP and it smells good!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Gosh Susie. You have to get rid of that thing. I bet he likes blonds!

Great pics. So many brugs, so little time.

Westbrook, ME(Zone 5a)

Just what I was thinking Kell... so many brugs... so little space!

Crestview, FL(Zone 7b)

and so many gators!! I like the pink tone in this one and the shape.. it is like baby girl pink.. soft looking, delicate

Whitewater, WI

Beautiful, Susie...Just love them. :)

Please be extra careful around that gator ( I know..as though you wouldn't..lol) but how does a gator that large sneak?? kind of like an elephant tiptoeing.....lol

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

It has a nice color! But your neighbour is not that nice looking!
He would make me nervous!

New Iberia, LA(Zone 9a)

That so beautiful love the way it look shape more fancy.

Cala... all is one time could be happen to get hurt yourself from Gator sometime it can swim fast as they want to also that tail is so strong to hit you to make you fall and grab you twist and roll couple times to eat you up and other than that gator like to hide and get closer enough and jump on you so fast so did not want to see nothing happen to you so just want you to think about that mean care about you and everyone here too. Just please more very careful ok.

What we saw everything that big dog was drinking the water at the bayou and gator was not swim on top of water that was under water and closer and got him or her grab so fast it gone so loud dog's voice that break my heart really scary to think about you.

Susie, Dream Catcher is just beautiful! I love the softness of the pink color! But you have to do something about that monster in your backyard....ugh!!! Get rid of him...I'd be freightened beyond belief!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

I like them both, but the name Dream Catcher is great. I would probably have to chose it first. That Gator and I would probably have to come to blows!! I couldn't stand knowing that he could be waiting in the wings some time when I went down to check my seedlings...........be careful.

Deb, your mail is coming back to me.

Denver, CO(Zone 5b)

She sure is beautiful Susie! Please PLEASE be careful with that gator!

Barnesville, GA(Zone 8a)

Beautiful name, beautiful brug, ugly gator!
Can't you put up some kinda fence?

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

Both brug blooms beautiful.

If that gator was here, he'd come up missing some dark night, or bright day, doesn't matter. Gun, or bow & arrow if you need to do it quietly.

Grass Lake, MI(Zone 5a)

Oh ... Dreamcatcher is a beauty, pretty color. Eternity is too but Dreamcatcher is my favorite.

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Beautiful blooms, Susie. Dream Catcher is my pick also.

Adrian, MI(Zone 5b)

I love them both!!
I do worry about your 'gators! Can't you have them transplanted from the Brug Garden to a wildlife preserve!
Once they get the scent of a Brug, they will never want to leave. Please be careful, did you see the boy that was grabbed by one just this week,
and luckily got away before he was pulled under!!

Denver, CO(Zone 5b)

Is DC down by the water? Could be that gator poo giving it that color! :o)

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

Whew! Nice plant, how is the scent? Did I miss that?

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

The main yard and gardens are fenced with a strong fence. The gator is in the resaca which runs along the lower portion of the property. I needed the space for the seedlings and planted them before I ever saw the gator. I will not be going down there till he/she is gone. The wildlife mgmt people will come get it but only if it gets way up in the yard.
We have sprinklers, so the brugs can get watered without me going near the resaca and the gator. The turn on switch for the sprinklers is in the garage!
Root, both DC and Eternity smell good.

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

I sure like it in its White phase, great shape!Sorry, must be the Guy thing on the pinks,LOL!

Jones Creek, TX(Zone 9a)

I' would get my gun and take care of the problem. Those things are very quite and they don't need to be around people or animals. We have them here on the river but we don't let them stay. They are deadly and as Red Rose said can be on you before you even relize they are anywhere around......Take care Calla

Your Brug is really beautiful and I would love to have one just like it.....LOL... :o)

Ok just please be careful ok Cala.

Social Circle, GA(Zone 8a)

If you are in a residential area, all you have to do is call and they should (from what I see on Animal Planet!) come get it! They're not bad eating either.

Love the bloom-nice pink-I hope I can post pictures here soon!

New Iberia, LA(Zone 9a)

Beautiful! I would love to have one in my collecting..

Becareful youself from those gators! There's two dead on the roads down from our house! Can you believe that?!? Gators are everywhere hiding!

Livermore, CA(Zone 9a)

I read Calla's post last night and then this morning there was an article in the paper about a young boy around 13 that was swimming in a lake and got attacked by one of these gators. He managed to fight it off. Please be careful Calla. Those things would scare me to death.

Spokane, WA(Zone 5b)

I don't think I could have a place with gators near by. Snakes are bad enough - but huge gators with big teeth? no thanks!

Jones Creek, TX(Zone 9a)

I found this thread on Gators. It may help you understand them and kinda help you deal with them...pretty good read..

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Thanks Willow. They are supposed to come soon and clean out the cattails in the resaca. Hopefully they will move on down river when there is nowhere for them to hide.

Jones Creek, TX(Zone 9a)

That will be a relief, its hard to work and always have to watch your back. Never totally relax your guard, they are still in the area and don't necessarly need much cover. I know how you feel since they live in my area tooo....LOL.

Both are incredible Cala.

Just saw this post. These are both gorgeous. Still waiting for mine to bloom from this cross. Waiting anxiously after seeing these and Liz's.

Brown City, MI(Zone 5a)

I love Dream Catcher.

Considering putting this one on my list of must haves.

Can someone comment on the aroma or lack of aroma?

Social Circle, GA(Zone 8a)

That Dream Catcher really is stunning-a versicolor? I will have to do a search on it. how large are the blooms? Do you know it's parents?
