If it is like other years I will be chauffered (by DH) to the local greenhouses and, for a change, no one will complain! :D I love having a birthday at this time of year. We went to a restaurant in Regina today (told my DH that I really, really, want to visit jagonjune's Unheardof one of these years (sooner rather than later).

Sounds like a great way to spend the day. Nothing like a good jolt of PLANTS to brighten your special day.

That's what I love about this day.... :D

How embarassing Lilypon, I went to buy a new mousie and found out one of the batteries I had just replaced leaked, causing a rather nasty ozone like odour that I guess was just acid. Anyway, it pays to be a dumb blonde at times. London Drugs let me keep the new batteries they replaced the new batteries with. Hope you are still enjoying birthday joy! Dawn

Thanks April!! :D I always felt blessed having a birthday when the plants were starting to bloom...the Victoria Day long weekend is always an extra bonus! ;) Of course having the greenhouses open here at the same time always guarantees a plant or two or three is in with my gifts. :D
