Another new member from Wisconsin has joined the fold of DG devotees, say hello to her!
Welcome to julie88 from Wisconsin!
Welcome from IA. Hope you enjoy the garden!!
*blush* Gee...thanks for the welcome everyone. Dave's is a terrific place for me. I particulary like the PDB and hope I can help add more photos to that area.
By way of introduction, I'm 'julie' (obviously) and I live in zone 4b (SW Wisconsin) in the middle of a pine reforestation on the backwaters of the Wisconsin River. Growing flowers (notice I didn't say "gardening" :-) ) has been my passion since I was little kid...a *very* long time ago (Yep! I'm another "senior citizen").
At the moment, I'm heavily into Daylilies, Iris, and anything that will grow in HOT sand and/or cool, shady pine needles.
I'm looking forward to making some new gardening fiends (*not* a typo! ;-) ) here on Dave's. And I'll warn you...I LOVE taking pictures. :-D
Thanks again for the lovely welcome!
Hi Julie. Great to see you in the garden. Hope we meet up real soon.
Shirley
