Recently someone on the GW Plumeria Forum asked which is better, Eleanor's VF-11 or Spray-N-Grow. So far the only response is mine, saying that he should try posting on the Hoya Forum.
Just started using SNG myself since a respected friend raved about how it really makes things bloom. Too early for me to see results. Remembered seeing Eleanor's VF-11 recommended here. I had never heard of it before.
Their product descriptions sound similar. So my question is, OK to use both? Or would the plant overdose?
Willing to try anything for more blooms!
Eleanor's VF-11 vs. Spray-N-Grow?
I use both Eleanors and SNG and it works for me. I use Eleanors every other watering and spray with SNG 2 x per month.
Blessings,
Awanda
GOOD question...I would love to know more about both.
The grow faster with this F-11 product, and certainly set rachis sooner.
I can send you printed material on what Eleanor's says about her product. Too long to type here.
It is super on African violets. Be careful with it on other plants, you may have strange results. Norma
I happened to notice this thread, and checked out Eleanor's on the web. I added her to the Watchdog here: http://gardenwatchdog.com/c/3411/ and I'm going to try the $3 sample mentioned on her site (my AVs need all the help they can get ;o)
Spray-n-Grow has been in the Watchdog for a couple years, but no comments: http://gardenwatchdog.com/c/1768/
I'm sure both these companies would appreciate feedback, especially if your experience with their products has been good ;o)
Norma, will try on Hoyas and Gesneriads. Also use SuperThrive.
What do you mean by strange results on other plants?
Karen I can't explain it here. Norma
Strange results?...interests me too. The plant that ate Cleveland?
