Wild sunflowers [grand canyon north rim]

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9b)

got some seeds from the grand canyon north rim 5 few years back, brought them back to phoenix, and scattered them around the back yard, and they've been coming up every year now, well last year i harvested thousands of seeds.
It grows about 7-8 feet high, hundreds of flowers 2-3 inches across, yellow.

well it does get yellow sunflowers, lots of little ones.
