Blanco Crabapple
Malus ioensis
Soft 1.5 inch pink blooms which fade to white appear in the spring. Not only are they beautiful, they are fragrant too. Shown in at the end of April when most of the blooms have already expired. (San Antonio, Tx.)
Blanco Crabapple (Malus ioensis)
Exquisite little flowers with that pink edging. I know how they smell, too. We used to have one here and I would always pick some to bring inside. Thanks for posting it.
Stunning little flowers - and photo too! Thanks :)
Thank you both for your comments.
This is an awesome tree! Also it smells good and puts on a wonderful show in the Spring! Nice photo...
