Looking for Hummingbird/Butterfly Attracting plants

Florence, SC

Looking for Perennial Hummingbird/Butterfly attracting plants. Also interested in Butterfly Larvae feeding plants.

Have these seeds for Trade:

Red butterfly Weed
Pink Butterfly Weed
Asclepias "Silky Gold"
Asclepias "Red Butterfly"
Candle Bush
Orange Butterfly Wed
Old Fashioned Purple Lilac

Also willing to pay postage.

Would love to have some of your red and pink Asclepias.

I have a Scarlet Sage Salvia that vigorously reseeds itself. In zone 9a it behaves like a perennial.

The butterflies around here are also attracted to my Purple Coneflower/Echinacea and my Blue Bedder Salvia.

I am willing to share seeds from all three.

Melvindale, MI(Zone 5a)

What I let grow in my garden that my husband hates is Milweed. The butterflies and hummers love it. I don't have any seed but I'll save some after bloom this year.

Homosassa, FL(Zone 9a)

If you still have seeds left of the Butterfly weed or asclepias, I would love to have some. I have seeds of 'spider plant' (Cleome), which is supposed to be attractive to hummingbirds, and also have callistemon citrinus (bottlebrush) & pink Justicia (Brazilian plume) (a great, colorful addition to my shade garden). Could send you cuttings of either in the near future.

Also, if you have any candle bush seeds left, would love some of those also.

Byhalia, MS(Zone 8a)

Red Trumpeter vine grows wild on my property and I leave it alone and even cultivate it due to the swarms of hummingbirds it brings. I could either take some cuttings for you or even root a few or might be able to dig a young plant if you wish to have this native. You have to watch it though, it can be invasive. Pretty "weed" though. Just let me know.
