I need Help - What grapes will grow well along an Arbor Post in Northern NY. Also how do I get it to grow up post?

I have concord,reds,whites and seedless growing here in Michigan

I have poles with wire for them to climb-just hook the little sprial arm things to the wire they will hold on!! :)

Purchased some Thompson seedless vines today now I wonder if they will grow in my zone ? Why would they sell them locally if they will not survive here ?
