Okie Dokie, I am totally new at this Brug growing thang.....and I have gone and invested a bit on this growing lust for Brugs. I have several cuttings that now have little roots growing. I am ready to plant them in containers. So what size pot should I start with? I have lots of different sizes.... should I start with small 6" pots and then transplant up to larger pots as the plant increases in size? Or would it be better just to plant the cuttings in large containers to start with?? I would like to eventually have my DH build me some Square Boxes with river gravel in the bottom to place the pot with the Brug in it. I am asking for Casters to be placed on the containers so that they will be much easier to move in to the sunroom down in the fall...Does this sound like a good idea? I would like to have attractive containers, but those lovely large pots are out of my price range, so this seems like a good option.
Opinions and advice welcome....
Thanks,
Carolyn

Newbie's Idea for Containers.
Hi Carolyn. Sounds like you are ready to roll...no pun intended there. Yes, pot them into 4 or 6 inch pots first. I would use the four inch so they will become full of roots quicker and then you can move them into a 5 gallon size since the warm weather is here. Some people might suggest that you go ahead and put them in large pots, but I think they root better and stronger if they become a little root bound. Mine are going into 20 gallon pots this week from gallon size.
