She's sticking her neck out....

'Frosty Pink' seems to be sticking her neck out to say hello to a 'Peaches and Cream' cutting across the bed.

With the heat coming on, I think this will be her last day.

Candy: She's beautiful! I am now wondering if mine is a Frosty, or as Root thought, an Isabella that was incorrectly labeled. I got two Frosties from a grower in Louisiana...

I'm not good at ID but this one looks like it could be Insignis Pink.

It's interesting that she was much "pinker" last year, as opposed to almost a pale dusty pink. This one actually came as a labelled cultivar, but we all know how that goes. :-)

Well, she's beautiful regardless!

This is something that I surely understand, the difference in plants, from year to year, color, blooming, height, etc. We had a blueberry plant that was most disappointing. I guess he heard us whining and two years ago, he popped us as the king of the garden!!
And, this year, he's given us a family, a whole new row, what a wonderful plant!!!
I guess that happens when there is plenty of land. This year, re my canal I dug today, I discovered a long forgotten row of thorn-less blueberries!!! Wow, they are wonderful, we have a bumper crop, apparently, they LOVE brug food - can you believe it!!! SLike
