confused about calla lilies . . .

Franklin, LA(Zone 9a)

I have the big common white calla lily, and I love it. I also have two small colored callas, which are nice. I understand that these are totally different plants with different habits and needs.

Both of my colored callas have lance shaped leaves, but I keep seeing pictures of colored callas with heart shaped leaves, more like the big white one. Even ones with spotted heart shaped leaves . . . Yet, when I'm looking to order, all they show is the flower. *sigh* I really want to get some with the big spotted leaves, but I don't know what to look for when ordering.

There really is no good nursery here for me to 'go and look' and I'm kinda confined to the house . . . so the internet and catalogs are my only hope.

Help? please . . .

I ordered 5 Fireglow from touchofnature.com. That'll get me started, I think. I've decided to fill a damp bright shade bed with calla lilies. If these work out, I'll be looking for more next year.

Thanx for all of ya'll help!
