I just purchased a B. Peaches and Cream with 9 buds on it. I brought it home moved it up from a one gallon pot to a 3 gallon pot and put it in partial shade after watering it. Next afternoon I found two buds had fallen off. Today I found another! What causes this?

Could be stress from transplant,could be coming to a different environment,was it in a Greenhouse?
Probably just shock. You have brought it from one environment into another, so the light is probably different. The transplanting is shock of it's own. Don't worry, it will make more buds, you might just have to wait a while longer.

Thanks Brugie and rootdoctor. I guess I should have asked BEFORE I repotted it! I'm hoping I get see at least ONE bloom.
If a plant with buds gets too dry, sometimes the buds will drop. They might have let it dry out at the nursery before you bought it.
