Dove Peanut Butter cookies

This ones for you Doris...Glad you liked them!

Cream together:
1/2 C margarine
1/2 C chunky Peanut Butter
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C Brown sugar

add to creamed mixture and cream well:
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla

Sift together and add to creamed mixture just to blend.
1 1/4 C flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt

Chill dough for 3 hours. Roll into 1 1/4" balls, dip top of balls in sugar and place 3" apart on a greased cookie sheet. Press lightly with a fork. Bake at 350 for 8-10 min...add a Dove candy piece on top, let melt for a while and press down as it melts.
