A surprise!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I have 2 tables outside, actually shelving that I have used in my hoophouse. Sadly, small brugs get put on there that I do not want to pot up but yet do not want to toss. They usually look terrible for they are so root bound. But I have been foliar feeding them the last few weeks. I was watering them yesterday and I found one marked EP that is so cute. Looks like a brug bonsai.

It is only a little bigger than 1 foot tall and is in a 6 inch pot and has been for probably 2 years.

Kell, you need to do something with that poor thing. Can't you find room for one more pot?

If you get tired of it, send it to Arky, I won't even charge you room and board - it's really cute!!!!!!

Hey Kell maybe you could get it a bonsai pot and then sell it on ebay under "Rare Bonsai's".....It might bring you a nice price and then hubby would love the money at least. You know ebay..the stranger the item the higher the price ;).

It is a nice surprise tho :)

Kell, This is my largest brug...blooming! It looks like a twin to yours in size...also about 12" high and about a 6" pot. Maybe I should transfer it to a larger container, too!

I was thinking how everything is relative....this is my largest and only flowering brug!
