HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!

sorry to be out of touch lately. i have several episodes again of being rushed to ER of late, due to hypertentions and minor heart problems... eventually to land up being confined to the hospital for a couple of days.

i am much better now, i have been doing close observation of myself. apparently, my body is not accustomed to the medications i have been taking. thru my own accord against the advice of my dr., i cut down all my medication. so far so good, my bp is now normal.

i'd like to share the lovely flower my son Mike sent me to celebrate the occassion. Hope all u mothers out there will have a wonderful day.
