Have White Flowering Peach Tree Seedling

About 3 feet tall,grows to 30 feet. They do not get peaches on them, but the bloom in the spring is supposed to be outstanding.

I'm looking for sun loving Perennials or Hostas--trade only no SASE, and no more daylilies! LOL
