we went to new orleans city park. we had a blast but I think I would have spent more money if I found the beer tent earlier....LOL well I went crazy buying stuff there. with out having a drink.... I was wishing msJen would have came. she is such a hoot. I missed you today MsJen!!!!! but there is always july....... It was nice I frogot the crinum name but me and bonnie and janet split it. I was getting a snake off the window of the car..... That is something that will always make me rember that plant....=) bonnie, loree wants to get the blue prints from you on how to make the watersprinklers.... I should have got her one but they were so high....... I am saving for july....
even though we lost janet and got her a t shirt later it was still fun... we didn't make it into the gift shop to see your sisters art work.
the only thing that really upset me was the price of those gingers at the show. what are these people thinking? $50.00 for a 3 gallon bucket costus barbatus not even half way full of dirt. the gingers were so over priced.....when yall come down this way I will make sure to take you do olive rd nursery. and get some that want cost a arm and a leg.... when is our trip down here??????
I will not forget the shell ginger. god what was nice...well it was also. I am looking for something that blooms now....plants plants plants...
I am thinking about heading that way and going to that nursery that plants and things...... that sounds good....

I'm glad yall thought of me today!!! Sure wish i could have gone. Did i tell yall that my oldest son Andy, signed up for the US Navy? We had to meet with the recruiter this am to sign the papers : )!!!!!!!
I promise ONE OF THESE DAYS im going to have a day that i can do something with yall. Just keeping my fingers crossed that the sale in July is NOT the 4-16.
