Both are pretty, but I really do like the calyx on the small one. That is how mine looks. I could just stick my nose in one of those blooms and never bring it out.

Calla I like that, even if you say its small. It looks like it has a creamy tint to it, will it change colors? :o)

Willow, they both smell good, the itty bitty one is pure white, the second one is not blooming right now(that was taken in the greenhouse last year), that's an old picture. I can't remember if it was pure white or not. The bloom on the second variety is much larger than the first one.

They sure look elegant! Very pretty!

Did you notice a difference in the fragrance?

Brugie...I'm with you! I love the calyx on the small one! They are both beautiful Susie!

I will have to go sniff the little one when it's not raining. I think their scents were similar. I'm terrible at remembering what they smell like.

The arborea is holding up there in the South Texas heat? I never bought one because I didn't think it would take the heat here.

Grass Lake, MI(Zone 5a)

They are both beautiful ... but I do like the smaller one the best.

Ah, just precious!

Mary, so far so good. The little flowered one is blooming, gets afternoon shade. The bigger flowered one froze really bad in the move, it's growing, has 4 new trunks coming up and they are about 18" tall now.

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

I love the pictures of the Arboreas, Susie.
